We write down on cards
This is one of the most popular ways to learn and it really works!
Write each word , verb or idiom on a separate sheet of paper – on one side the English word, and on the other side a drawing, the Polish meaning, the use of the word in context, or even better a translation of the word but in English .
Go through your cards regularly, repeat until you have memorized them all. Invent a game using the cards. You can also write the word on one card and the meaning or drawing on the other card and in this easy way you have created a MEMORY game!

This is a fun and effective way to learn vocabulary and irregular verbs. Choose your favorite English song and pay attention to the irregular verbs in the lyrics. Sing along with the performer and have fun while memorizing new words. For younger children, use songs that are easy and catchy. But one more way to memorize is to make up your own songs with the words you want to learn!
Create a funny story
Make up your own story using as many words, verbs, idioms of what you are working on as possible. It can be a story about your friends or the creation of a fantastic world. By creating and telling funny stories your brain remembers naturally.
